ATR's management team represents a broad range of expertise.

Anita Rentz, M. Sci, Physis, M. Sci, Computer Science , resident, founder, comes from extensive experience in business software development. She developed software for Hewlett Packard - quality of their serial printer product in no small part due to Anita's disciple efforts in developing printer drivers for their printer line. HP Quality always speaks for itself, but her later engagements as a senior Project Manager, DBA and software developer to Georgia Department of Labor, Hartsfield International Airport, IBM, Cognos, Ga. Pacific, and the Microsoft corporation gives her the credentials and skills that her two master's degrees, one in Physics, and one in Computer Science - only outlined in academics. With her base of real world experience, Anita had the confidence to found the company in 1995, to fulfill the need to develop software for what she saw then as a coming Internet market. Seeing business models come and go, Anita has found the right one to carry ATR forward even to present day. Mrs. Rentz's skills include SQL, ASP and C in addition to her skills as a software designer and a strong business background. At present Mrs. Rentz is studying the Speech Technologies and their use for various applications. She also has knowledge of design and development of ASR (Automated Speech Recognition) Systems. She had built many prototypes using SpeechWorks, ASR, OSR, OSB, Speech Secure and Speechify products At present Anita Rentz is involved in running the company.

Turner Rentz, III, M. Sci., Applied Physics, Ga Tech
, CEO, co-founder co-founded ATR in 1995 with Anita Rentz. An accomplished network engineer and software developer, Mr. Rentz' educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Applied Physics from Georgia Tech: contributing to the development of HTTP and other transfer protocols for the purposes of safely executing dangerous plasma experiments in the safety of the lab. With a career spanning high availability, high reliability work such as the Reuters Financials applications, Information Security Engineering for the Equifax Corporation, and software that accomplishes maintainability and adaptability of websites for Intel. Mr. Rentz is a member of the Internet Engineering Task Force, The IEEE Society, the Ga. Tech Alumni Society, and the GSGA. At present Mr. Rentz have 3 years experience with the Speech Technologies and their use for various applications. He also has knowledge of design and development of ASR (Automated Speech Recognition) Systems.

Michel Marcuse, M. Sci., Engineering, Tufts is a senior applications engineer with well-rounded technical and intercultural skills are a speech solutions innovator. He has worked for SpeechWorks International from November of 2000. Played a key role in winning marquee accounts such as Bank of America, Toys "R" Us and First Union by providing technical consulting to customers throughout the sales process. Designed a customizable VoiceXML demo applications program for Sales Engineers to dramatically shorten sales cycles by allowing customers to experience the benefits of speech through account-specific applications. Master of Science in Electrical Engineering. Grade Point Average: 3.65/4.00 Thesis: "A Statistical Approach to Minimal Mean Squared Error Interpolation of Infra-Red Astronomical Survey Data". Studies centered on digital image processing and analysis. Full-tuition Research Assistant Scholarship. Michel Marcuse will be working full time for Research and product development.

Maumita Saha, Research Associate is a graduate with Math honors. She also has Post Graduate degree in Computer Application. She is highly qualified in the area of information technology. She had developed many applications using multimedia and internet technology. She also have knowledge of ASR(Automated Speech Recognition) System and voice xml.
